ROL4 is a fast clamping system which guarantees powerful clamping and lifts and seats a punch automatically. ROL4 comes in manual and hydraulic version and with the rear clamp in every model, for clamping tool in reverse way. The front carter is mounted directly on the clamp, in order to protect the connections betwen intermediates as well as being aesthetically pleasant. This protection avoid any accidental collision and keep the components safe. The strong features of ROL4 are: reliability, strength and safety.
Thanks to the crowning wedge, ROL4 can compensate usual structural deformations of the press brake. A central lslotted hole allows to losen the wedge regulation screw. Its movement to the left or to the right determines a different heigth of the intermediate.
UPPER SYSTEM
ROL4 system is compatible with all press brakes with Amada-Promecam type tang. No tool modification is necessary.
DOUBLE CLAMP
The double clamping system ensures maximum flexibility in terms of use.
TOOL CHANGE
Both Front and rear clamp allow horizontal tool change.
AUTOMATIC ALIGNMENT
All these clamping systems lift and seat punches automatically against the intermediate and guarantee their perfect alignment.
SAFETY
Anti-fall system “full safety” for all R1 type tools without modifications.
POWER SUPPLY
System available in hydraulic and manual version.
INSTALLATION
Its installation is quick and easy, as the system is mounted on Rolleri Standard intermediates. No press brake modification are needed.
