The ROLGRIP MANUAL KDS system is a manual clamping for upper tools with an ergonomic lever. The introduction and extraction of the tool takes place from the front and is compatible with standard European style tools. No limit of length, shape and quantity of the tools inserted.
The housing is automatic and it is possible to mount the tool inverted from the front of the press.

FRONTAL LOADING
Simultaneous tool lifting, housing, and clamping of all the tools present on both front and rear side of the press brake, by manual lever (one per unit). Once in place, the lever does not bulge out No length, shape, or quantity limit of tools. Automatic tool lifting and housing
TECNICAL FEATURES
bending axis = 7mm.
FLEXIBILITY
Simultaneous tool lifting, housing, and clamping of all the tools present on both front and rear side of the press brake, by manual lever (one per unit). Once in place, the lever does not bulge out.
Release: opening the lever frees all the tools present. The system prevents it from being released with absolute safety.
Extraction: it takes place only by acting on each single piece with lifting at the stop, small rotation and extraction downwards. The operation does not require additional efforts in addition to the weight of the tool.
DUAL ORIENTATION
Possibility of mounting the tool upside down, from the front of the press: each single piece of tool can be mounted with a front or rear orientation (180 ° rotation) according to the need for bending.
