ROLLERI VARIO

Rolleri Vario is a patented system of variable "V" slots.
With this solution we can install a unique equipment on the press brake bench and vary the die openings through the CNC or through a manual system.

The main characteristics of the Rolleri Vario are:

• Ease of use;
• Capacity of 2500 kN / m or 3000 kN / m according to the models;
• 60 ° slot angle to better manage the elastic returns of the sheet;
• Modularity in length.

Rolleri Vario is born with single standard modules of 1000 mm in length that are placed side by side and joined, transforming the tool into a single matrix with a  maximum leght which depends on the length of the press brake.
The models already on the market today have lengths from 1 meter to 12 meters.
A unique peculiarity of the Rolleri Vario is that the single units can also be released from each other, thus obtaining many different "V" on the same press brake for bending with work stations. Thanks to this modularity it is possible to obtain different degrees and internal radii.

Its operation, extremely practical, is characterized by a pneumatic system that releases the whole system from the underlying rack in order to quickly reach the position of the necessary "V". Reached the position through a circular vernier or through the CNC signal, we remove the air pressure (standard pressure of 6 bar) and the structure goes into position, ready to bend.
The time required to pass from the narrowest "V" to the widest "V" is 5 seconds even in the manual version.

The system is supplied with an acoustic device capable of signaling the right position for each single slot opening.

Another feature of great importance concerns the use of rotating rollers instead of the classic radius present on traditional dies. These are heat-treated rollers that rotate on a central pin to ensure rotation even in the presence of calamine.
This application offers the advantage of reducing the forces required to bend a sheet by 25-30%.
Rolleri Vario is built with high strength steels and its support base is induction hardened.

Furthermore, a protective fabric is provided to be fixed very quickly to prevent dust and material residues from depositing inside its mechanical structure.
The standard version of the Rolleri Vario system is offered with the narrower "V" of 40 mm up to the "V" larger than 400 mm (there are 4 models with a maximum opening of 200 mm, 260 mm, 300 mm and 400 mm with pitch 20 or 25 mm).

Each system can be controlled manually, with an independent control unit, or connected to the CNC of the press brake.
It is also possible to use the Rolleri Vario with an accessory "duct" to be able to mount inside all the matrices with R1, R2, R3 and R4 connection.

Rolleri Vario is a synthesis of technology, practicality, safety and savings: average tooling times are reduced by 85%, the operator no longer handles bulky and heavy tools and the investment is decidedly lower than the sum of the costs of the individual cave.
