The incessant search for innovation has pushed Rolleri Spa towards the adoption of 3D printing systems, the future of production technology. All materials can be printed with 3 different layer thicknesses in order to maximize the print definition or production time and consequently reduce costs.
AVAILABLE MATERIALS
ROLL Prime TS
Plastic material with the best aesthetic performance and with excellent resistance to UV and electrostatic dissipation.
Ideal for finished pieces of immediate use in any field where high mechanical strength is not required.
Use of soluble support that allows complete removal even in holes, grooves, etc.
Tensile strength 27 MPa
ROLL Prime TB
Plastic material ideal for conceptual and functional modeling with good tensile strength and excellent impact resistance.
Ideal for functional prototypes, industrial tools, measuring instruments and fixtures.

Tensile strength 26 MPa
ROLL Prime TP
Plastic material widely used in the automotive, aerospace and medical industries due to its tensile and flexural strength.
Ideal for manufacturing fixtures, bearing cages and machine parts, etc.

ROLL Prime TP - X
Biocompatible material and sterilizable to ultraviolet and X-rays, with high mechanical and temperature resistance.
Useful for making models for the pharmaceutical and food packaging and medical sectors, molds for implants and surgical guides and cages for rolling bearings.

ROLL Prime TP - Pact
Ideal for functional model building, industrial tools, small series with good surface finish, power tool prototyping, equipment manufacturing, rolling bearing cages, etc.
Used with soluble support, thus facilitating the production of complex parts with deep internal cavities.
Tensile strength 41 MPa
PRINTING QUALITY
All materials can be printed with 3 different layer thicknesses in order to maximize the print definition or production time and consequently reduce costs.
A very thin layer allows for a higher print resolution and a better definition of the printed product but also introduces much longer production times.
Available layer thicknesses:
- 0.127 mm
- 0.178 mm
- 0.254 mm
It is possible to customize the print according to the type of product to be printed and the mechanical and aesthetic needs that the printed product will have to meet once in operation by asking our 3D printing department for advice.
We are able to manage all 3D interchange files such as STL, STEP, IGS as well as all Solidworks formats as well as printing of assemblies.
