Adjustable die with opening V min. 25 mm and V max. 125 mm. Radius = 8 mm. Max. load 1250 kN/m at 90°.
The AD series dies help to bend sheets of various thicknesses comfortably in a single configuration. Different widths ("V" openings) can be adjusted according to the required specifications simply and quickly thanks to adjustment bars. 4 models available with different openings according to the thickness of the sheet to be bent.
Movement of the moving parts in 3 ways: manual, semi-automatic through the use of a starter or through a motorized system. The equipment is composed by 3 key parts: the structure of the die, the support structure and the adjustment bars. The support can be supplied with different tangs.
The bars are inserted laterally and have different sizes to obtain different V widths. Every AD die is equipped with hardened rollers, fold up to an angle of 30 ° to better manage the elastic return. A protection foil is provided to be positioned quickly and easily inside the "V" to avoid the deposit of dust and residues of the sheet metal. The bearing for some models reaches 6000KN / m.
