Die with rollers H=90 mm. V min. available 20 mm and V max. available 70 mm.

The dies with rollers represent an effective solution for making bends with a significant reduction of the marks on the sheet metal.
This is possible due to the presence of ground and hardened rollers that rotate accompanying the sheet metal inside the "V".
The rotation of the roller produces an attenuation of the frictions thus reducing also the necessary tonnages in the order of 10-15% less.
The seat of the "V" is also worked with measures that prevent accidental roll-out of the roll.
Each die is made of 42CrMo4 tool steel and can have different tangs for fixing on the lower bench. For a better management of the springback of the sheet metal, the "V" are at 78°.
