• Material type-Toughness: Medium (Tensile Strength 22~45 kg/mm²)
• Material thickness: Medium (1.5~3mm)
• Punching operation: Partial Hit (>50% of punch surface)
• Amount of Hits for the Job: Medium (5000~10000 hits)

Key locations will be based on the table below unless otherwise instructed. (Die view from the top of a die).

If you need keys with different positions or in the case of special slices, let us know the key positioning required.

EXTRA CHARGE FOR DIE CLEARANCE < 0,1 mm

If die clearance is less than 0.1 mm, consider a + 25% extra charge.

EXTRA CHARGE FOR MINIMUM SIZE < 2,0 MM

If die shape has a minimum size of less than 2.0 mm, consider a extra charge of + 25%.
