This is in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, concerning "the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and containing provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national law", also known as Whistleblowing.

- Reports regarding violations already governed under mandatory Union or national provisions, or under national provisions implementing EU acts
- Reports concerning national security or contracts involving defense or national security, unless such matters fall within relevant EU law
In any case, before submitting a report, the whistleblower must have reasonable and well-founded grounds to believe that the information regarding the alleged violations is true and falls within the scope of the applicable regulations.
What protections are provided for the whistleblower?
Every report is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is managed in full compliance with applicable laws, including those concerning personal data protection.
Whistleblowers are protected from retaliation.
How are reports managed?
To ensure maximum protection for both the whistleblower and the person being reported, the necessary security measures have been implemented. Regardless of whether the whistleblower chooses to report anonymously, the confidentiality of their identity and the content of the report is guaranteed through protocols designed to protect personal data and the submitted information.
Who handles the reports?
The body currently responsible for managing reports is the HR Office, represented by the HR Manager. The HR Manager will issue an acknowledgment of receipt within seven days of the report submission and will ensure that appropriate follow-up actions are taken, forwarding the report to the relevant departments.
