Universal bending line tracking system which helps the operator during the bending process with the sheet metal positioning.
B-LIGHT 01
Universal bending line tracing system that quickly guides the operator in the correct centering of the piece with the tools. Extremely versatile thanks to quick and easy assembly and disassembly. In this way it will be possible to use the B-LIGHT 01 in multiple press brakes. This useful tool traces a high visibility laser beam on the piece to be bent aimed at simulating the bending line.
Ideal for:
- Rolling
- Conic bending (funnels and hoppers)
- Dressing cycle (transverse stiffeners for thin panels)
- Irregular profiles difficult to be leant to posterior backgauges
- Marked bending (e.g: laser marking or other reference with marks)
